Press release: The new Syntack tack cloths

How do you wipe down a surface to be totally confident that it is dust free? Do you wipe it down with an alcohol soaked cloth and hope the cloth does not lose any lint? Do you clean it down with a pre-soaked wipe? Coating Technologies have gone the extra step and have produced a synthetic woven tack cloth called Syntack T-659 which really does avoid the lint problem.

CTS Newsletter No.3, December 2014

Welcome to the Christmas Newsletter. 2014 has been an excellent year for us. As you can see we have created a new Coating Technologies brand in order to emphasise that we are a technically focussed manufacturing company. In November we passed our ISO 9001:2008 audit first time and with no non-conformances.

Solving Dirt Problems When Painting Plastics

Most people have tried the school boy test of rubbing a balloon on a jumper to generate sufficient electrostatic charge to hold the balloon to that jumper. Unfortunately air movement over a plastic automotive bumper can generate a similar effect that can attract unwanted airborne particles. We investigate how to solve these problems when painting plastics.

CTS Newsletter No.1, Christmas 2013
