CTS produce a range of speciality wipes with a wide range of applications. They are much safer, more convenient and more economical than a rag and thinners!

W-700 | Water based cleaning wipes. These wipes contain 400 non fibrous wipes that have been impregnated with a water based cleaning solution designed to clean, degrease and remove static from metal and plastic surfaces prior to painting or powder coating. |
W-710 | Solvent based cleaning wipe. These wipes are impregnated with an odourless kerosene, to remove the toughest grease and a citrus additive to give a pleasant odour in the workplace. It is safer than using rags and thinners and can contribute to a reduction in solvents in the workplace. |
W-711 | I-Wipes. These wipes use isopropanol as a very rapid drying degreaser and anti-static agent. They are often used as an alternative to using chlorinated solvents such as Trike or Methylene Chloride. |
W-720 | Pre-treatment wipes. These wipes provide a convenient alternative to iron phosphating when components are too large or too awkward to treat in a conventional pre-treatment process. They will impart an iron phosphate conversion coating to ferrous, galvanised and aluminium surfaces. W-720 will remove corrosion products (e.g. light rust) from oxidised metals and can be more convenient to use than de-rusting solutions. |
W-740 | Restoration wipes. These speciality wipes are designed to remove scratch bruises from 2K coated surfaces. It is much cheaper than using an aerosol or re-spraying your component. They do contain a powerful surface softener and will attack cellulose paints. Always make a small test before use. |
W-750 | Graffiti removing wipes. These wipes contain very powerful solvents to remove permanent marker and aerosol paints from metal, glass, plastic and chemical resistant coated surfaces. |
